Notice for inviting proposals for rate contract of laboratory chemicals, glasswares, plasticwares, dna sequencing, filter paper and other lab consumab

The Director, ICAR-NIASM, Baramati invites sealed proposals for supply of 1. Laboratory Chemicals 2. Glasswares 3. Plasticwares 4. DNA Sequencing 5. Filter Paper and other lab consumables from reputed manufacturers/Service providers only by entering into Annual Rate Contract for:

Terms and conditions of the Rate Contract are as given below:

  1. The supplier should deliver the materials at stores of ICAR-NIASM, Baramati.
  2. It should be noted that, Part supply/Part payment of the supply order will not be accepted in any cost.
  3. Service tax/Trade tax and other government levies will be paid extra as applicable.
  4. Discount given (if any) should be mentioned in the bill itself.
  5. The name of only one authorized dealer, for the supply of above items, be mentioned in the rate contract offer.
  6. The quotation of the firm which have either been blacklisted or stopped dealing with the ICAR-NIASM or any other ICAR institute will not be accepted.
  7. The firm should submit three copies of the latest printed price list and soft copy of the price list without which the rate contract will not be awarded. If the rate contract is to be done on old price of the year 2016-17, the same will remain valid for the year 2017-18 and the same be clearly indicated on the document.
  8. The firm has to submit the Registration fee of Rs. 2000/- (Non-Refundable) in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of ICAR Unit NIASM payable at Baramati for each item separately. The rate contract proposal will not be considered without registration fee.

  1. The firm should submit the list of Government Organisations/Institutes with which they have rate contract of the above items.
  2. In case of DNA Sequencing, the rate should be according to product size.
