The campaign ‘Swachhata Hi Sewa Hai’ as a part of Swachh Bharat Abhiyan was observed at ICAR-NIASM, Baramati on 25th September, 2017. Today ‘Sarwatra Swachhta’ was celebrated at village Malegaon Khurd. On this occasion scientists, technical, administrative, contractual staffs, research fellows, young professionals and farm workers from the institute as well as students of primary school ‘Prathmik Shala’, Sarpanch and members of Gram Panchayat, Malegaon Khurd were eagerly participated in cleaning, removal of Plastics waste and weeds like Parthenium from the premises of Shiva temple. For this all the staffs of our institute reached at Gram Panchayat office, Malegaon Khurd at 11.00 AM and started the campaign with the members of Gram Panchayat and students of the school.
