Agricultural Education Day was celebrated at ICAR-National Institute of Abiotic Stress Management, Baramati on 3rd December 2017 in auditorium of the institute. In the Education day programme, more than 250 school and college students along with their teachers, and staff of ICAR-NIASM were participated. The programme was inaugurated by Dr K. E. Lawande, Ex-Vice Chancellor-DBSKKV-Dapoli and Dr. N.P. Singh, Director, ICAR-NIASM followed by their addresses to the students and staff. The speech competition based on theme of “Importance of agricultural education under climate change scenario and abiotic stresses” was organized among the students and prizes were distributed to the winners and participants.
