  • Developed SYBR Green I duplex real-time PCR for sensitive detection of BoHV-1 in bovine semen (2014).
  • Developed Loop-mediated Isothermal Amplification (LAMP) for user friendly and rapid detection of BoHV-1 in bovine semen with naked eyes within 90 min (2014).
  • Developed Loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) for user friendly differentiation of gE-deleted BoHV-1 from wild-type virus (2015).
  • Developed EvaGreen-based multiplex real-time polymerase chain reaction (EGRT-PCR) for rapid differentiation of wild-type and glycoprotein E-deleted BoHV-1 strains (2017). 
  • Developed Glycoprotein E (gE) gene deleted mutant of infectious bovine rhinotracheitis (IBR) virus as a vaccine candidate strain for IBR DIVA vaccine in India (2012).
