A motivational talk on the topic “ How to achieve success? “ was delivered by Dr. Himanshu Pathak, Director ICAR, NIASM in the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel auditorium of the institute. The talk was well received by the audience which included around 100 NIASM personnel from scientific, technical, administrative cadre and  Young professionals, scholars and students. In his talk Dr. Himanshu Pathak narrated 10 basic attributes needed to achieve success. He used several short stories, pictures and pertinent examples of relevance from day-today life to build the understanding of 10 basic attributes to the audience. He concluded his talk with an appeal to all, to apply such attributes while discharging their official work for the benefit of the institute. The talk was organized and coordinated by the HRD committee of the ICAR-NIASM under the initiative “Fortnightly lectures on various aspects to increase efficiency in work sphere”.
