Vigilance Week-2016
The “Vigilance Week” organized from 31st October – 5th November 2016 at the institute had focused on the theme “Public participation in promoting integrity and eradicating corruption”. Scientific, Technical and Administrative staff as well as senior research fellows, young professionals of ICAR-NIASM participated in the various events conducted during the week. Dr. N.P. Singh, Director, ICAR-NIASM, chaired programme and emphasized the need to be vigilant in day to day life as well as in professional activities. The various informative talks on eradication of corruption through traditional ways like Yoga and meditation, public participation in promoting integrity and eradication corruption, observing vigilance, LTC, TA and advance and Do’s and Don’t’s were delivered by the various participants. The quiz competition on eradicating corruption and related matters elicited enthusiastic response from the participants and served as main mode of communication about the importance of vigilance.
