The Constitution Day was observed at ICAR-National Institute of Abiotic Stress Management, Malegaon, Baramati on 26th November, 2016 at 10.30 AM. Dr. Narendra Pratap Singh, Director read the Preamble to the Constitution in Hindi and English to the staff of the Institute. After reading the Preamble, the Director explained the meaning and philosophy of the Preamble to the Constitution of India.
